A Few Details to Know.

The community’s pet policy includes breed restrictions. Contact our leasing team to discuss your pet and confirm current guidelines.

Monthly pet rent is $25.00 for a cat and $50.00 for a dog with a maximum allowance of two pets per apartment.

Landlord reserves the right to prohibit certain breeds (weather purebred or mixed) of animals from residency, including but not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers, American Bully, Staffordshire Terriers, Kerry Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alsatian Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Husky (all varieties including Samoyed), Bull Mastiffs/Mastiffs, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, and other breeds as may be identified as Restricted Breeds as published periodically by the insurance industry.

No visiting pets are permitted. No exotic animals are permitted.

All pets must be approved by Management prior to occupying the apartment. Any pet added to the household after the initial move-in date must receive prior written approval from Management before being brought onto the property.
